What are your prices?

Every order is unique. Factors that influence the price of an order can include: formulation (e.g. ingredients, organic, certified organic, soy-free, gluten-free, allergen-free, etc.), method of delivery (e.g. capsule, tablet, powder), packaging (e.g. custom or stock), order quantity (e.g. total amount of bottles or cases) – and so on.

How quickly will you manufacture my order?

Manufacturing times for our products are as follows:

6 to 8 Wks for Tablets and Capsules

10 to 12 Wks for Custom Powders

Other factors influencing production times are product formulation, ingredient sourcing, packaging requirements, labeling, and product certifications and specifications. Certifications and specifications are especially important for first-time orders to ensure you receive the highest quality product.

Do you charge a manufacturing setup fee on top of the prices quoted?

No, the prices you have been given include all of our manufacturing setup fees. There are, however, additional fees associated with the requirements of allergen testing and other product testing procedures. Label printing and shipping are quoted separately and may require a setup fee.

What is your MOQ?

Depending on the formulation used, our MOQ for capsules, tablets, and powder manufacturing services will generally fall between 1,500 and 2,000 bottles. The minimum for custom softgels begins at 300,000 or more. What does MOQ mean?

MOQ is an abbreviation for ‘minimum order quantity.’ MOQ is the minimum allowable number of bottles that a manufacturer will produce for a given order.

Can ABH Pharma offer MOQs under 1,500 bottles?

Short of a complete formulation, we may offer our valued customers an MOQ of fewer than 1,500 bottles. Please be advised, however, that quote requests falling below our MOQs must be examined and processed on a case by case basis for reasons of quality control. Stock softgels have a lower MOQ because they are in stock and ready to be shipped.

Do you list your in-stock formulas?

We do not make lists of in-stock formulas. We do, however, offer a number of stock softgel options. Depending on the type of product you are interested in, we may have a solution readily available for you. Can I receive a sample of my product before I place an order?

On request, we can provide you with samples of the product in question before you place your order. Sample charges may apply in some cases.

Questions on Formulation

Does ABH Pharma help with formulation?

Yes. Keep in mind, however, the necessary R&D may come with additional costs. Custom formulations also have certain limitations.

Is my formula protected?

Yes. At the beginning of our supplement manufacturing process, you and ABH Pharma will both sign a legally binding non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

What dosage forms does ABH Pharma specialize in?

Our specialties include capsules, powders, tablets, liquids and softgels.

What dose forms do you not manufacture and specialize in?

At present, we are not equipped to manufacture topical gels, cosmetics, and nutrition bars. These limitations may change in the future.

Do you accept and encapsulate cosmetic oil into a veggie cap?

No. Not at this time

Questions Regarding Compliance

Do you source only raw materials from the U.S.?

We work with domestic and international suppliers. Our vendors are selected based on numerous factors such as material quality provided by a supplier, their adherence to current FDA regulations, best practices, and cost. All the ingredients that we use satisfy the highest Standards of Practice for quality, purity, and potency.

Why is it necessary to test the raw materials I provide you with?

As with any raw materials, quality control measures must be applied to all ingredients to ensure they are pure, free of chemical and microbial contaminants, and meet our high ingredient purity standards.

What types of product testing do you provide?

On request, we will help secure standard microbial and purity analysis tests as well as allergen-specific testing. If needed, we are able to help your product achieve both kosher and vegetarian certifications.

How much experience do your Production Specialists possess have in the industry?

Delivering best-in-class manufacturing experience is of the highest importance to us. For this reason, we subject our Production Specialists to a rigorous training and testing process. Each Production Specialist possesses no less than 2 years of experience before they may manage an account independently.

For which major brands do you manufacture dietary supplements?

Our clientele list is confidential. On request, we can provide you with references.

May I take a tour of your facilities?

We are pleased to offer tours of our facilities to any of our clients and customers who are interested. Contact us and we will arrange an appointment for you to visit.

Can ABH Pharma help me to get my product/s to be carried by major big box retailers or to be listed on major websites such as Amazon and BodyBuilding.com?

We offer a variety of product related services such as manufacturing, packaging, and order fulfillment options, we cannot at this time, however, offer distribution services to our clients.
